Security, storage, and destruction of your personal data
Our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures in accordance with the PDPL legislation to prevent access to your personal data by unauthorised persons, incorrect processing of your personal data, disclosure, unlawful alteration/deletion, and to keep it safe and secure.
Your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary for the above-mentioned processing purposes and, in any case, for the statutory limitation period (maximum 10 years). At the end of the aforementioned periods, the data will be deleted, destroyed, or made anonymous in accordance with the PDPL.
Should your personal data be damaged as a result of attacks on Paynet's systems and/or seized/disclosed by third parties, our company will immediately inform you and the Personal Data Protection Board.
Your Right to Information
Pursuant to article 11 of the PDPL, we inform you that you have the following rights with respect to the personal data you have provided to our company; (i) to know whether or not it has been processed; (ii) if it has been processed, to obtain information about it, to know the purpose of the processing, and whether it was done in accordance with that purpose, (iii) to know the third parties to whom your personal data have been communicated at home or abroad and to request that they be rectified if they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly, (iv) to request the deletion/destruction of your personal data under the conditions provided for by article 7 of the PDPL, (v) request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been disclosed be notified of the request for deletion and destruction of your personal data within the scope of Article 7 of the PDPL and of the correction of incomplete / incorrectly processed personal data; (vi) oppose the use of your personal data for purposes that are detrimental to you due to your personal data being analysed by automated systems only, (vii) demand compensation in the event that you have suffered losses as a result of unlawful processing.
